Hellfire Club embraces the chance to make our events run more smoothly and safely.  If you experience an issue at one of our events, we encourage you to speak to one of the DMs or the host about it on the spot.  This is the most effective way for us to ensure our guests are safe and happy.  If you feel you must remain anonymous, we’ve provided the form below to help us improve our events while maintaining your privacy. You can also send a conventional email to registerforparty@gmail.com.

Please note that all specific information collected through this form will only be seen by the event host, and will be used to ensure that similar events do not happen again.  We will not discuss the specific events you submit with any other parties without your permission.  Please provide as much information as possible, so that we can have a clear picture of what happened, and determine how we can help prevent similar incidents from happening again. You will be sent a copy of the Incident Report within 5 minutes of ‘Send’. If for some reason you do not, please follow up with an email to registerforparty@gmail.com.
